We need healthy food for healthy life, too much oily food is not good for our body, so i will share you a recipe, it's original from my mum..i really love it, it's  simple and very easy to get the ingredients.

Ingredients you have too prepare :
- 6 slices bread
- 1 egg ( you just fry the egg with margarine )
- 1 carrot ( peeled the carrot, slices as finger )
- 10 beans 
- 1 slices cheese
- 1 beef ham

How to cook :
First, stack  one by one from the bottom. Bread,egg,bread,carrot & beans (you just stack them parallel),bread,cheese,bread,beef ham and the last bread.Then wrap them with aluminium foil, and steam it for about half hour. after that, open the aluminium foil, and you can slices the steam sandwich, so you can see how beautiful the colour variations of the inside composition. You can put the sandwich in the plate, and eat them with tomatoes sauce with mayonnaise of course. Try it and you will enjoy it !!
