Bread,egg,bread,carrot &amp;amp; beans (you just stack them parallel),bread,cheese,bread,beef ham and the last bread.Then wrap them with aluminium foil, and steam it for about half hour. after that, open the aluminium foil, and you can slices the steam sandwich, so you can see how beautiful the colour variations of the inside composition. You can put the sandwich in the plate, and eat them with tomatoes sauce with mayonnaise of course.
